In our house, back to school means back to organization, schedules, and healthy routines.

I don't know about you, but during the summer, we have a tendency to sleep a little longer, eat almost non-stop (boy am I glad the kids have gone back to school for my grocery bill alone!), and get a little less exercise than during school time.

But now that schools back, we are doing better with our healthy habits.  The kids are back in fall sports, we have regular meal times, and our sleep schedules are back on track (for the most part.)

I'm hoping this year will be a little better for us to keep these healthy habits going longer than just into the winter months and up coming holidays.

So I decided to make a few Inspiration Quote cards to keep us going.

I love these journaling cards.  You can use them as Project Life cards in your scrap booking spreads. You can use them as iPhone wallpapers to keep you motivated.  You can use them as lunchbox notes to inspire your kids when you're not around.  Or any number of other ways to keep your family healthy, inspired, and on track.

Sometimes it's easy to forget the importance of keeping our family healthy and inspired.

After all, there is so much we need to do each day, that going for a walk as a family may not always fit in our after school, work, and home schedules.  But as parents, I know I need to remember that is part of my responsibility as mom.

Hopefully these 7 Inspirations quote journaling cards will help me stay on track and keep going towards a healthy, happy family.
