Celebrate your love of Harry Potter with this fun printable Harry Potter Survival Kit. You'll find all the candy and chocolate treats to get you through another year of Hogwarts or your next Harry Potter party. This printable survival kit is the perfect party favor or party treat for any Harry Potter fan.
Do you remember the first time you picked up the Harry Potter books?
I can't say that I do. But I do have lots of memories surrounding the series. I remember the excitement of the first "midnight release party" that I attended at the local book store. I remember starting and finish the last book in a 24 hours read-fest. I remember the first movie and the last movie we attended.
There are so many fun memories surrounding the books. My nephew is now reading it for the first time and it's so fun to see his excitement as he discovers the magical world for the first time.
The Harry Potter series is probably one of the most fun books for kids to read. There's so much to excite their imaginations...dragons, magic, friendship, good vs. evil...it doesn't end.
But that means there's a lot of adventure too.
So of course, every Harry Potter fan needs a Harry Potter survival kit before they leave the land of Muggles and head off to Hogwarts.
We recently celebrated Harry Potter's birthday, so I created these fun printable survival kit as a fun Harry Potter party favor for all our guests.
There are such things as a piece of chocolate to keep the Dementors at bay, a (chocolate) Heart to remind you to be safe as a Mother's Love can make you, and a Gold Coin for those emergency trips on the Night Bus.
Since I'm now working with The Chocolate Box (in the mall of Abilene, Texas), I created 10 candy items to go in a printable Survival Kit box for the perfect party favor and treat at our Harry Potter party.
This printable comes as a JPG and PDF printable sheet for you to print at home. It's easy to put together by cutting around the outer edges and then scoring along the dotted lines. Fold, glue, and add your candy treats.
To make these treats, you'll need: a Hershey Kiss (or other small chocolate), a piece of gum, smarties candies, laffy taffy minis, a chocolate heart, a chocolate gold coin, starlight mints, individually wrapped lifesavers, fun size mounds bar, and lemon drops.
It also helps to have card stock to print the survival kit onto, a pair of scissors, an x-acto knife, glue gun and glue, a ruler, a cutting mat (for the scoring), a hole punch, and some curling ribbon.
To get this printable Harry Potter survival kit for your next Harry Potter party, you can head to our party shop and purchase it here.
