Drama Queen finally started college last week.  She left home before Thanksgiving to work until school started and so has been gone for a few months now, but school just started for her.

She was nervous. She was scared. She was excited. She was ready to go. Everything you can image in a student going back to school.

So we decided to send her a care package to let her know we were thinking of her and rooting for her.

I went to Dollar Tree and purchased a few fun themed products.  I bought some wrapping paper, pop rocks, a flashlight, starburst candies, smarties candies, a big eraser, some hair bands, some silly string, nail polish with glitter gems, a candle, swedish fish candies, a first aid kit, and a picture frame.

To make the package a little more fun, I grabbed a Priority Mail Package A box (I LOVE these and use them for everything I mail.)  I unfastened the box to lay it flat.  Then I wrapped the inside of the box and refastened it back up.

I printed out some tags and assigned a gift to go with each.  You can find the printable tags at the end of the post if you are curious.

A rubberband to help you hold it all together.

I wrapped everything up and added the tags.  Then I packaged it into the mailing box, added a few "Go Team" type notes to the edges of the box and sent it off to her.
