Shop Our October Window Display Halloween Decor

We get asked all the time where we got our Halloween decorations in our window display.  So we've finally decided to get down and dirty with you and tell you where we got each decoration and what we love about it.

Please note that some items may be affiliate links.  If you choose to purchase, you are not paying any more for the decor but are supporting our family owned business in ways we are so grateful for!

We may be a little "obsessed" with holiday decorating around here.

Every month we switch out the decorations for a new holiday or theme.  That leads to a bunch of holiday decorations in our back room, and rare chances to use them again sometimes.

Having done Halloween decor as Disney Villains, Hocus Pocus, and Pumpkin patch in the past, we struggled with what our Halloween decoration theme would be.

Since we also wanted to celebrate 100 years of Disney and haven't had a chance to yet, we finally decided to go with a Disney Halloween featuring the characters and movies for the past 100 years.  This allowed us to pull out some of our past Halloween decorations and also use some of the decor from our Star Wars May the 4th party, Disney Princesses, and such.

So enjoy the crazy, wonderful world of Disney Halloween in our candy store this month.

This Mickey Halloween Light Up Arch is our newest Halloween decoration this year.

We love it and have had so many people stop by to take pictures with it.  (We totally love this and encourage it! So stop by and enjoy a little fun while your shopping this month.)

It's rather large and fits inside the entrance to The Chocolate Box, so all our customers get to walk through the holiday light up to enter.

We found the arch at Costco but it's not listed on the website anymore.  But as of right now, you can find it here:   EBAY

Sitting next to our Light Up Arch is our big Mickey Mouse Pumpkin Blow Up.  He's also a very large show piece and one we've had for a few years.  I think he has been out almost every year since we got him and has been very popular for pictures.

He's available here:   WALMART  /  AMAZON

Our display window is rather small and has a very strange shape to it, so decorating it is always a fun challenge.  We started with these Disney Halloween banners.  They are a great way to draw your eye to the decor.

Find them here:  AMAZON

We started with both the Halloween Mickey and Halloween Minnie blow ups in the window.  But it just overwhelmed all the little items so Minnie came out and Mickey stayed to tie the display together.

We have a gold metal shelf that was the original Chocolate Box back when we were a small booth inside a craft store.  It's been around since 1991 and have no idea at all where we got it.  The shelf is lined with lights since the window is so small and has no lighting at all in it.

The top of our shelf has a sign that ties the Halloween decorations together with the 100 years of Disney sign.  The sign is 17 inches by 11 inches and has some of the most popular Disney characters on it.  This sign will be so cute when we are done and the store to hang in my movie room at home.

Find it here:  AMAZON

Below the Disney sign is a Lego version of the Hocus Pocus Sanderson Sisters cottage..  If you've been to the store during our Harry Potter event, you know that we love to use Legos to decorate with.  My dad used to love to put these together, but since he passed away in February, we haven't had the umph to put the Hocus Pocus set together yet.  It's on our list of things to do, but we just haven't yet.  So it's sitting in the box.

Find it here:  AMAZON  /   LEGO

On the right side of the top shelf is a Minnie Mouse Halloween ceramic cookie jar.  I believe we orginally found this jar at TG Maxx but is no longer available.  But as with most things, you can find it on Ebay.

Find it here:  EBAY

I LOVE LOVE LOVE countdown calendars and to find one that isn't Christmas is a real find.  So the Disney Haunted House  countdown calendar on the left side of the top shelf is one of my favorites.  I'm not sure if this is the one that I found at Disney World a few years ago or not.  I can't find it anywhere online, so it's even more of a treasure for me.

The figurines on the top shelf are a mix of different styles and Disney movies.  We were looking for a variety of small Knick Knacks to fill in around the bigger items.

Snow White and Seven Dwarfs are here:  AMAZON  /  WALMART
Jasmine figurine is here:  AMAZON
Hulk action figure is here:  AMAZON

The second shelf in the Halloween window are all small figurines too.  I think my favorite is the Mickey Mouse Ghost mug.  I can just imagine enjoying a mug of Hot Chocolate on a fall morning---oh wait...I live in Texas we don't get too many hot chocolate mornings.  But I love the mug anyway and it makes a fun Halloween addition to the Halloween display.

Find it here:  EBAY

The Cinderella figurine is beautiful.  The embelishments on her dress make it stand out amidst the other small pieces and toys on the shelf.  She'll look beautiful in my Fairy Tale bedroom when we are done so don't worry that she'll be packed away and hidden like Cinderella in the fairy tale.

Find here here:  AMAZON

One of our most popular items in the store is anything Sttich.  So we had to include the loveable monster on our shelf.  He's a cute Stitch with Pineapple candy bowl and brings a little bit of summer fun into the Halloween decor.  We originally found him at TGMaxx but he's not available on the website.

Find him here:  EBAY

Minnie Picking a Winner at the Pumpkin Patch with this figurine.  Find it here:  AMAZON
Moana and Gaston are both from the Disney 100 figurine pack.  Find it here:   AMAZON

The third shelf has this Disney Halloween train as the centerpiece.  Mom has a train addiction so finding this holiday train was one of her favorite finds this Halloween.  He's about two feet long, but is super detailed and beautiful.

Find it here:  AMAZON

Maybe I'm showing my age here, but who doesn't love a Precious Moment's figurine?  Jasmine, Aladdin, and the Genie are so cute on the left side of the shelf.  I love that the creator added both Genie and Abu instead of just the normal Jasmine and Aladdin on the carpet.  It's so cute and may have to come home with me too.

Find it here:  AMAZON

The bottom shelf has three big pieces to keep your attention from the smaller pieces inside the window ledge.  Baby Yoda is a cookie jar from our Star Wars day party decoration.  I had planned to make cute blue cookies to fill him with, but any baking around my house never lasts long enough to make it into the cookie jars.  So instead Grogu is in the window.

Find it here:  AMAZON

The Minnie Halloween house is on the top shelf, but Mickey couldn't be left out and is on the bottom shelf.  The Mickey Mouse Haunted Pumpkin Cookie Jar was, I think, found him at Sams Club, but the Halloween fun is no longer available.

Find it here:  EBAY

This Disney Haunted House isn't quite as scary as the Disney World ride.  Instead, it's super fun with all your favorite characters dressed in their Halloween costumes.  At Halloween, any added lights makes Halloween decor even more fun, sot he decorated tree that lights up is so much fun.

Find it here:  AMAZON

Once this Minnie Mouse Halloween inflatable came out of the window, she made an appearance outside the store in front of hte candy window.  She looks so much better not being smashed into the display window and instead looks like she's trying to hug all the little ones who come running by.

Find her here:  WALMART

The candy shelves have a variety of Funko pops.  I'm a big collector of Funko pops, so this is essentially my collection on display.  I just moved so most of my pops have sat in storage for the past while, so it was fun to give them a stretch and to have an excuse to buy a few new ones.  I need to find a way to keep track of the ones that I have since I've bought one or two of the same ones.  So if you know of a way to do that, please let me know.

That's our Halloween window display.  Inside we have more fun decorations scattered around the top of the store.  They are a mix of all our old Halloween decor from years past.  I even found a way to add my Evil Mirror DIY from years ago.  It's been in a box since moving, so it was fun to pull it out and use it again.

I hope you enjoy viewing our Halloween window.  We love decorating every month and love being able to share the decor with you.
