Scrapbook your way through your memories or record your thoughts each day with these free printable journaling cards in a 3x4 size.
As a mom, I find I do a lot for everyone else. I don't mind, it's just that there isn't a lot of free time during the day.
But I don't want to look back on my life someday and wonder where I was in all the chaos. Will my kids know the "real me" someday? Will I remember how I felt and what I thought in twenty years?
Just in case, I have recently started working on the ListersGottaList challenge. It's an easy challenge that has a prompt for each day. You can then make a list for those items.
Such as September 2: favorite phone apps
September 18: Things I learned from my parents
or September 25: Songs that Inspire me.
When I started trying to do this list, I got all creative and made these amazing spreads for my lists. But I learned that I couldn't keep up with it. There just weren't enough hours in the day. Instead, I found that using journaling cards worked so much better.
I created a journaling card for each day of the month and printed them out. Now I can just take a moment before bed, or while I'm waiting in the pick up line at school, and jot down my list for the day.
I have found it's already interesting to see the differences in my thinking between my lists now and my lists when I first started. Someday I know it will be interesting to look back and see what I was thinking, loving, feeling, and hoping for today.
If you are interested in trying this, you can find Septembers Listers Gotta List challenge here. And I'm sharing this month's 30 days of free journaling printable cards in case you want to try this, or if you want to save them for your Project Life scrapbook pages.
