Welcome friends to another Friday night. How was your week?
I got back to the gym this week after too long away and am paying for it. I keep waiting for when I start feeling the endorphins from exercise and not just the tired weakness. Please tell me it comes soon.
I did get to get away from the gym and responsibilities, and go out and enjoy the spring sunshine last weekend. I ended up with a slight redness on my arms, which surprised me. I guess I should be as ready for spring as the mountains around me are.
