My youngest son turned 17 this year. It makes me so sad. I no longer am in the child stage with all it's fun and stresses.
But I'm fortunate to live near my little sister and her two little daughters.
It's funny how I love to be with them and play, but am super glad that I can go home to my 17 year old at the end of the day and have different conversations and family moments.
I loved having them little, but I love how they have grown too.

Not sure what makes a princess official, especially since Mulan is not
really royal in any way. But hey, we are flexible here. (You
have to be if you have kids!)
