As a mom, I know that it's hard for us to find "me time".  It seems there is always a mountain of laundry, a car full of kids to take somewhere, or a mouth that has to be fed...right now.

But I think it's important that we take time each day to be able to know our own thoughts and needs.  And to be able to write down our memories and important moments.  Someday, we may not be able to remember all the day to day moments and thoughts from this crazy time we were raising our kids.

That's why I started doing the Listers Gotta List Challenge each month.  It's a challenge put on by the Reset Girl each month that gives you a daily prompt and you can list your thoughts each day.  It's a great way to journal when you don't have much time to journal.

I started by trying to make these huge, elaborate, beautiful lists each day, but quickly found I was skipping days because I didn't have time to work on them.  So I re-adjusted my self and decided to use beautiful journaling cards each day, so all I had to do way write down my list.  No other decoration needed to be done.

It worked pretty well for September's list, so I'm trying again for October.  If you want to journal along, go to Listers Gotta List and get this month's jouranling prompts.  Then come back and download these 31 journaling cards for October.

This month I made them so you can download them as the whole set of JPG pages with 6 cards per page.  Or you can download the individual cards to imput into your favorite graphics program.  Whichever is easiest for you.

I hope that you can join us for the #ListersGottaList challenge, or that these printable cards will help you to scrapbook and journal your October memories.
