As a child, I was always sick. I had anemia pretty bad, so I ended up getting almost every bug that went around school. As an adult, I've been pretty blessed to not have that fight as much. I don't know if it's that I've been a stay home mom for so many years and haven't had much outside contact, or I've just gotten better at fighting those dang bugs.
But last week, we went home for vacation...and every one of my children got sick while there. Finally, as they are all coming up out of their sick beds (or my lap, as in Mini Me's case), I came down with it. And I came down hard. I feel like I've been hit by a truck as every muscle in my body just hurts.
So I'm moving a little slow and not accomplishing all my blog resolutions for more and "cooler" posts. Please bear with me in the meantime...I'm working on it. In the meantime, I wanted to share some really cool board game cakes in case you need some ideas for your game night party!
