Home Management Binder Free Printables

When I posted my Household Management Binder last week, I didn't expect anyone to want to copy my system.  I know when I was trying to find the perfect system for me, I looked at a lot of different ways they were done, but only found bits and pieces of different ideas that worked for me.  I thought that my Household binder would rank right up there with that idea, but I've had a few people email me asking if I would share my printables.

So today, I'm sharing each piece of the management binder printables.  You can right click on each of the printables and save those pieces that work for you, and ignore the rest.  Or you can check out the zip file at the end of this post for all the household management binder printables in one place.

This is the bill organizer printable that I used.  It has room for three bills on each page as well as the information for each account.  This way, if you lose your bill or can't remember the log in information, you have it all in one place.

This budget spreadsheet helps me to keep track of my monthly expenses.  I have categories for automobile gas, food, electricity, and other variable expenses.  This way, I can see the ups and downs of my bills each month and try and see where I can cut down.

My monthly menu is just a blank calendar page.  I write all 30 days worth of meals so I'm sure I have a dinner available for each day.  Then I go shopping for the needed ingredients.  When it's dinner time, we can pick anything on the list and cross it off.  This way we know what's in the cupboard and what's not.

The Birthday List printable is probably the one I've gotten the most request for.  It's simply three months on each paper with room for you to write out the birthday's and anniversaries for each month.
If you want to download all these printable in one place, I have them in my dropbox account and you can get the entire set of Household Management Binder Printables here.  I hope they help you get as organized as they have for me.  After all, we have some big parties planned this year.
