Search for Christ this Christmas with this printable Survival kit for the modern day Wise men. Each item within the kit reminds you of ways to bring more of Christ in to the Christmas holiday.
I feel like my theme this Christmas will be the Nativity and trying to bring more of Christ into my Christmas.
I'm not sure how well it will work as my kids are still kids. They still want Santa to come. They still want gifts. They still love the lights.
But I made this Wise Men survival kit to help my kids to be a Wise Man and search for Christ this Christmas. Hopefully, as they look at each of the ingredients in the survival kit, they will remember to enjoy the items and think of Jesus Christ.
A Candle to help you let your light shine.
A Mr. Goodbar to help you see the good in others.
Googly eyes to help you look outside of yourself.
A Starburst to help you make a difference in someone's day.
A Bandaid to help you heal a wounded heart.
An M&M to turn upside down to remind you
to worship Him in all things.
A Rubberband to remind you to be flexible when dealing with others.
An Eraser to remind you everyone makes mistakes and can be forgiven.
A Kiss to remind you to love others always.
A Lifesaver to help remind you He is your Savior and friend.
Here's the printable if you want to make your own. Just print it out and add the different items to a zipped sandwich bag for a special way to help your kids search for Christ at Christmas.

This is wonderful! It's so easy to forget the true reason for this wonderful season. Your Wise Men Survival Kit is a fun and meaningful way to help keep Christ at the centre of the holiday whatever your age.ReplyDelete
