After creating all the fun ideas for our Harry Potter potions lab dessert table, I knew I needed to find a way to add some drinks for the kids.

I considered large drink containers, water bottles, and such, but I just didn't feel like they kept the flow of the potions party theme.

Don't you just hate when that happens?

After all the work to stay on theme, and then necessities try and yank you out of the party mojo?

No? Just me?

Yea, I suppose I can be a bit too much theme centered sometimes.

As I was perusing my Walmart Grocery App (because seriously, who has time to actually grocery shop anymore?), I considered water bottles, Gatorade drinks, and sodas, but finally crossed these Hug drinks.

Bingo!

My kids love these drinks and the colors were absolutely perfect for Harry Potter's potions.

Plus, they are kid friendly size so I won't have lots of left over drinks all over the party room!

So I created potion drink labels for four of the potions found in the Harry Potter books.

There are "Felix Felicis", "Poly Juice Potion", "Amortentia", and "Drought of Living Death."

Each of the labels is sized 2 inches tall by 8 1/2 inches long.  This allows them to fit the Hug drinks and standard water bottles.  They could also fit Gatorade drinks if you wanted to take the labels off the drinks (otherwise they don't cover the original label completely.)

These labels are super simple to put together.

Simply save the potion drink label graphic below.  Print out as many potion drink labels as you need on to card stock and cut around the edges of each of the four labels.

Wrap around the middle part of your Hug drink.  Use tape of glue to secure the label together.  Serve on your Harry Potter potions classroom dessert table.

See? Super, super easy.  Which is great when you are looking to throw a kids party without too much fuss.
