5 Ice Cream Recipes and Dare to Share Blog Linky

Summer is winding down and I hear that some of you have kids that have actually gone back to school already.  That's crazy.  As ready as I am to send mine back, it seems like summer is getting shorter and shorter each year.

So hurry and enjoy some last minute summer fun with runs through the sprinker, fun summer parties, and lots and lots of yummy ice cream.  Check out some of these yummy ice cream recipes from last week's Dare to Share if you need some ideas on what to make.

My friend and co-host Pam from Pams Party and Practical Tips is also enjoying some last minute summer fun.  She shared this week about a fun family activity for those of you in the Midwest.

She is taking her kids to the 37th Annual Michigan Renissance Festival.  How fun does that sound?  I went to one just after I graduated from high school all those many years ago, and it was so much fun.  We were vendors at the fair, but it was fun to be able to dress up, shop, and crave my first 'blow gun.'  I would love to be able to take the kids to this as a fun last minute summer activity.

We did have some fun this week with our 80s arcade video game dinner party.  If you missed the recap, check it out and all the fun DIYs from this week:
