5 Valentine Ideas and Dare to Share Saturday

Wow, this last week was a rough one. I don't know what it is, but I have not been myself at all and everything has been way harder than it needs to be. I hope you'll forgive me for not posting features at last week's Dare to Share party.  After two hours of fighting my computer, I just gave up and posted the party.  I don't know what was going on, but hopefully my computer got it out of it's system and we are ready to party again.

Is this just a January thing? There's something about the middle of the month that really starts to get me down and out every year.  I'm hoping by planning our sledding party soon that it will have given us all something to look forward to so it won't be too bad, but we'll see.

I've also been busy with a new blog that I started. I have really found my fandom with reading and all the fun movies lately.  I didn't realize that there was so much more out there than the books that I loved to read, so I am sharing my book wish lists, book related crafts, and some fandom reviews over at
The Treasured Bookshelf.  Please go check it out if you love to read too.

In the meantime, curl up with some hot chocolate and enjoy all the fun Valentine's crafts and ideas I found at last week's Dare to Share Saturday.  I hope they give you some ideas to get your Valentine's off to a sweet start.

Pam from Pam's Party and Practical Tips is also off to a sweet start this year.

She's showing all kinds of great ideas on how to throw a Candy themed party.  I would just love to go to one of her parties and maybe try some of this Candy Sushi.  It is certainly the only way I'd ever eat sushi.  I  just don't have the stomach for it any other way.  What about you would your rather have real sushi or this candy version?

I can't wait to see what you've been up to this week.
