When I made my Fall Floral Arrangements (see the beautiful wall décor above?), I knew I wanted to create some lights and pennant banners to tie the arrangements together along the wall at our Fall Festival party next month.  (Yes, I'm getting a jump on them early this year! Go me!)

Plus, don't you just love lights?  And fall leaves?  And fall colors?

So of course, we needed to add some fall lights to our decorations.  And of course, they needed to be cheap and easy since we are planning to make a bunch of them to add to our Fall Festival party at church this year.

These Leaf lights fit the bill beautifully.  And they look so amazing over my door while I wait to take them to the party next month.

To make these lights for your door or fall wall décor, you'll need:
Beautiful Fall Leaves
If you were lucky enough to find a bag of fall leaves, like those here, you can skip this step.  But if you had to buy a floral arrangement to get your leaves, then you'll need to cut your leaves off the stems at the base of the leaf.

Create your own Lighted Fall Leaf Lights

Add a tiny bit of hot glue to the top of your light and quickly place the top of the fall leaf on the glue.  Allow to dry securely.

I admit I was worried about the glue gun, the leaves, and the heat of the lights, but so far everything has been working perfectly and there has been no troubles.  But be sure to use with caution and at your own risk.
