Ever since I fell in love with making notebook covers with plastic canvas, I have been working to reorganize my recipe collection. I had everything in one big book with pages and pages and pages of recipes. (I may or may not have a problem with collecting recipes and then never trying them.)
So I've been working to organize them and also to try a few new ones every month.
I have a Main Dish recipe book, an Appetizer and Sides (I haven't decided for sure what to call it yet), a Breads book, a Beverages book, and a Dessert book. I am hoping that by being more organized and loving my books, I'll use them more often.
It's a hope at least.
But to complete the recipe books, I know I need a bunch of cute recipe cards. So I've been working on designing up a few. The plan is to transfer them over to cute cards once I know that I like the recipe. Other than that, it can be on an internet printout or magazine paper. That way I'll know which ones I've tried and which recipes I haven't.
So today, I'm sharing a cute recipe card with a Baking gingerbread theme. I am a huge fan of gingerbread men, so I think the fact that they are baking up a cute storm on these cards is pretty awesome.
The cards are in three formats. You can find them in a 4x6 printable, a full page recipe card or on a half page printable. Hopefully that will help you to get organized before Christmas and all the baking that comes with it. Or at least sometime in the new year.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
