With the holidays, we seem to make more time to get together with friends and family. I'm not sure why we feel we can/should do this at Thanksgiving and Christmas time and not any other time of the year, but it seems to be the case.
I really think we need to start having big "Christmas" type parties all throughout the year. Wouldn't that be great? I know one of my New Year's Resolutions will be to start having our friends over for our themed dinner parties more often. I'm thinking once a month would be so much fun!

My in laws have been here all this week, so we are thinking of having a big send off on Saturday by inviting some of our friends over for a big Lasagna dinner party. I think I will definitely have to use one of these recipes while we are waiting for the finishing dinner touches. They all look so delicious.
