Pac Man Pennant Banner
Celebrate the release of the new movie Pixels with a fun arcade themed movie viewing party. Decorate with this printable Pac Man pennant banner for some fun gaming with your friends.
If you haven't figured out yet, I am a major movie buff.
I love to go to the movies and watch just about any type of show. Give me a big tub of popcorn, a dark movie theater, and two hours of laughter, romance, or excitement and I'm in heaven.
So when I saw the trailer for the new movie Pixels, I knew we were in for a good summer movie season.
And I knew we needed to have a good, old fashioned, Arcade themed movie viewing party.
To start I decided I needed to visit Pac Man with this fun Pac Man Pennant banner. It was super simple to make and I love how cute it looks with Pac Man enjoying the power pellets and the ghosts chasing Pac Man down the line.
To make this Pac Man banner, start by printing out the ghosts and graphics from the printable at the bottom of this page on to card stock.
Cut out the pieces.
Use a hole punch to place holes in the sides of each of the pieces.
Add the ghosts, Pac Man, the cherry, and the power pellets to a piece of ribbon by stringing the ribbon through the holes.
Now enjoy your Pac Man game for your Arcade birthday party with this fun printable pennant banner. And come enjoy the movie with me this summer!

Happy April Fools Day!
I love the start of a new month. It seems you can start over and their are all kinds of possibilities and goals that can be set and achieved.
But I'm not a fan of April Fools day. As much as I love most holidays, having kids that get mad and upset when they get embarrassed isn't much fun to me. The boys love to play jokes on each other, but it has a tendency to go too far and then we all get upset.
No thanks.
Am I the only one that feels this way?
But we do love to joke and have a good time in our house. Most of our dinner table is filled with creating family jokes and lots of laughter. That I love.
In case you're like me and want a smiles at the dinner table and not crazy jokes, I made some fun Joke napkin rings that you can print and surprise your kids with tonight.
They are pretty simple both to make and to laugh at.
Start by printing the joke printables at the bottom of the page and cut them out along the outer edge of each napkin ring.
I made mine to go around these napkin rings that I purchased at Hobby Lobby a long time ago, but you can just place them around regular napkins, so just go ahead and wing it as you need.
The joke ring has three parts to each print. You'll have the front, the back, and then the fold.
Score along the center dotted line and fold the joke in half. This makes it so the joke is on the outside of the napkin ring and the answer is on the inside. (no cheating for my kids!)
The last little white tab gets scored and folded too. Add a little glue on this and fold it inside the two halves of the joke so it's touching the answer part. (This just makes a cleaner looking napkin ring.)
Wrap your joke around your napkin or napkin ring and serve with your dinner. If you need some dinner time conversation, you can have each diner read the joke and everyone can try and answer.
It's a simple and easy way to add a family memory moment to your day!
